Set on a hillside in three acres of Olive grove, the house enjoys panoramic views over the surrounding countryside and the Parapanda Mountain and is conveniently located just 7mins drive from the historic town of Montefrio in the province of Granada.

Casa Miguel has been sympathetically restored and retains many original features, stone floors and beamed ceilings. The front door opens into a traditional Spanish kitchen/diner which leads through into the livng room with open fireplace. Stairs give access to a double bedroom with Spanish bed and then through into a twin bedroom which has separate access via the upper terrace. The third, double bedroom with en suite is accessed via the main terrace. The main bathroom is situated on the ground floor.

Outside there is ample space for dining alfresco and taking in the beautiful views. The terraces provide good sunbathing areas and there is also a shaded seating area on the lower terrace. BBQ facilities are also available for those lazy summer evenings.

The 5m x 3m pool provides a cool respite from the heat of the summer.

The Owners live next door and will meet you on arrival in Montefrio. A welcome pack and a bottle of wine will be waiting for you at the house. Mick and Jane are happy to help you make the most of your holiday.

Driving Directions from Granada Airport

Travel 
Granada airport is Just 50mins drive away and offers very cheap flights from the UK with Ryanair. Malaga airport is 1hr 30mins. Both airports offer car hire which is essential.
